This might depend upon your IMAP server, which i cannot test. I have previously tested, and shown that with Mail 2.0, using RTF with attachments, results in a changed status for the attached files, and this can be seen when received by a wide range of mail clients, including Mail 2.0, Mail 1.3, as well as the more widely reported issues that Outlook and Outlook Express have with messages composed in RTF, with Mail 2.0, that contain attachments. Monitor for unauthorized use or track down that attachment left at your last job.
